Our Encore Enrichment Classes are designed to create a joyful and stimulating environment where preschool and kindergarten learners can thrive through child-led exploration. Each class is filled with exciting activities that blend educational curriculum with the vibrant worlds of music, movement, and art. Children are encouraged to follow their curiosity and take the lead in their learning journey, discovering new concepts and skills at their own pace. Our seasoned instructors guide them with gentle support, fostering independence and a love for learning. Seasonal lesson plans ensure that the content is always fresh and relevant, incorporating themes from nature, holidays, and the changing seasons to keep children engaged and excited.
Every class includes music and movement sessions where children are encouraged to express themselves through dance, rhythm games, and interactive songs that enhance their physical coordination and auditory skills. Our Story Time and Craft Project session is an engaging and hands-on experience that combines the joy of reading with creative expression. Each session begins with a captivating story that sparks the children's imaginations and introduces them to new characters and adventures. Following the story, children participate in a craft project inspired by the tale they just heard. They might create masks of their favorite characters, build miniature scenes from the story, or make unique art pieces that reflect the story’s themes. These projects help reinforce their understanding and recall of the story while promoting fine motor skills and artistic expression. The combination of storytelling and crafting makes learning interactive and enjoyable, fostering a love for books and creativity in every child.
Story time is held on Tuesdays at 9:00-9:30am
Our story time is FREE and open to everyone but we do ask that you click here to let us know that you are coming so we can make sure to have enough craft supplies for everyone!
