Mondays from 10:00-10:45am Sept. 9th through Dec. 16th. 

(no classes held on Oct. 14, Nov 25, Dec 23 and Dec. 30.)


Fridays from 1:30-2:15pm Sept. 13th through Dec. 18th.
(no classes held on Oct 11, Nov 29 and Dec. 27)

We are thrilled to offer Preschool Yoga Classes with Miss Cassie at Learning Allegro! 


Miss Cassie's preschool yoga program is designed for children ages 3-6 years old and helps children self-regulate through breathing techniques and movement.  


Each class has it's own age appropriate theme and serves as an introduction to Yoga as well as entertaining children with songs and stories!

Miss Cassie is a certified children's yoga teacher and a 200hour (adult) yoga teacher.  She has been teaching children's yoga since 2021.  Miss Cassie is also a local preschool teachers and has been working with children since 2012!
